I’ve been Homeschooled all my life. People ask me some pretty rediculous questions, well, here are the answers.

• 1. Do You Have Friends?

 Yep.

• 2. How do you meet people/socialize/make friends?

Every homeschooler has different ways they do. I usually meet people in various places, church, friends of friends, family friends, neighbors, ect.

• 3. How do you do your school work? How do you do it?

Again, Every homeschooler is different. Some do DVDs, some to work sheets, or other ways. I do it through a computer program that gives me a lesson to read, then they ask me questions on it, & gives me grades. I also take tests & quizes.

• 4. Do you get to sleep in?

Yes, but not every homeschooler does.

• 5. How long does it take you to do it?

It takes me, 1-3 hours to do mine.

• 6. So, you like, can do it in your pajamas?

Yep, usually how I do it!

• 7. Do you get lonely staying at home all the time?

I don’t stay home all the time. There are plently of places for me to go just like there are plenty of places for you to go.

• 8. So you can seriously, like, eat & do your schoolwork at the same time?

Yep, I usually sit & just pet my cat though. LOL. Its kind of hard concitrating while you are eating.

• 9. Do you get teased for being homeschooled?

Some people believe homeschoolers aren’t as smart as public schoolers, or as social, or even normal for that matter, I have seen my share of things making fun of homeschoolers. I once ran across this video, called “I’m homeschooled.” I clicked on it & the girl acted stupid, she pretended like she didn’t know how to brush her hair, & other things similar. I was also reading a book once, & the girl in the book was making fun of another girl, “She wouldn’t stop staring at me. She said a lot of stupid things & she seemed very strange, it was like she is homeschooled.” being homeschooled doesn’t make you any different, I learn the same things, just not inside a school but in the comfort of my home.

•     10. Do you like it?

It has its goods & its bads, but I would choose it over public schooling. Just because, I’ve done it my whole life, & I wouldn’t want to change now, but thats just my opinion.
